SPANISH IMMERSION COURSES
FOR SCHOOLS' SOCCER TEAMS

The immersion programs last 7 days, from Sunday to the following Sunday. Students will be transferred from Madrid to the course location by bus.
The course will take place in Somolinos, in the province of Guadalajara, two hours away from Madrid. Other alternative locations are also available.
Groups must have at least 40 students
Students must have a minimum command of Spanish

The sports program is based on the following features:

Soccer basics and specific skills.
Individual and collective offensive and defensive tactics and positioning, soccer strategies, way of kicking the ball, passing, crossing, dribbling, tackling, shots on goal, tournaments, etc.
Working in sport values through training. Values such as, respect, honesty, fair play, among others.
Competitions will be carried out to put into practice all lessons learned.

Students will receive 2 and a half hours of daily soccer training in Spanish.

Colloquial communication in Spanish
All you need to know to travel to competitions abroad, e.g., bookings, at a hotel, etc.
Soccer precise vocab
Soccer regulations and rules, locker room rules, how to handle injuries, interviews, etc.
Daily and routine situations vocab.
Specific diet for young athletes.
Soccer competitions’ videos analysis

For the Spanish lessons, students will be divided into several groups, with common classes and specific ones according to students’ level. Classes will be taught by a Spanish teacher.
Soccer classes will be taught by a native professional coach supported by native counselors.
The rest of the day will be complemented with other fun activities, such as workshops and others related to nature, etc. All of them will make your one week stay unforgettable.
